Performance and Art Center for KIDS
Discover your spark. Find your PACK.
What is PACK?
Fort Bend PACK is a creative arts community for kids and teens ages 3 to 18. We're building a place where young people can make art, try new things, find their people, and discover just how much they're capable of creating.
We're starting with theater and growing to include music, visual art, dance, and other creative adventures. Some kids will arrive already knowing exactly what they love. Others may have absolutely no idea. Both are excellent places to start.
At PACK, we care about the art we make and the people we become while making it. That means learning real skills, doing work we're proud of, collaborating with others, trying again when something doesn't work, and making room for plenty of laughter along the way.
We believe every child is creative. Sometimes they just need the right place to discover it.
What is the First PACK?
PACK is just getting started, and this is your chance to be part of the beginning.
First PACK is our growing community of families, artists, neighbors, and supporters who want to follow along as Fort Bend PACK grows. It's completely free to join, with no obligation. You'll hear about new programs and events, receive our Trail Notes, and find occasional opportunities to participate, share ideas, or lend a hand along the way.
You don't have to enroll in a class, have a child at PACK, or know exactly how you might want to be involved. First PACK is simply a way to stay connected.
And someday, when PACK has been around long enough that nobody quite remembers a time before it, you'll get to say:
“I was part of the First PACK.”

Where We Are Today
PACK is officially underway.
We're building our founding leadership, growing the First PACK community, and welcoming young artists into our first programs and events.
This fall, PACK is offering workshops, creative programs, a youth musical showcase, and community experiences, with more already in development. We're starting small, learning as we grow, and continuing to work toward a permanent home for PACK.
We're taking this one thoughtful step at a time, building the kind of creative community we hope will be here for a very long time.

MEET THE FOUNDER
I've spent years teaching kids through theater, music, movement, and the arts, and somewhere along the way I started imagining the kind of creative place I wished existed.
A place where kids could learn real skills and make great art without losing the joy of making it. Where they could try something new, get something spectacularly wrong, try again, and discover what they're capable of. Where families know each other, artists share what they love, and young people have room to become more fully themselves.
That idea became Fort Bend PACK.
I'm incredibly excited to be building it, but PACK was never meant to belong to one person. Families, artists, volunteers, community partners, and young people themselves will all help shape what it becomes.
I'm glad you're here.
